Senior SAP Delivery Consultant

Full time, unlimited, location: One of our locations in Germany or Home Office

The Senior SAP Delivery Consultant is part of the SAP Technology Services Team. The role requires comprehensive and profound knowledge of architecture, technical concepts, practices and procedures related to SAP, in particular with SAP on cloud technologies, as well as pre-sales capabilities. In cooperation with our customers, you conduct architectural design sessions and work on pilot and migration projects into the cloud. In addition, you will participate in S/4HANA migrations and implementations.

The task area

• You are part of the pre-sales team for all SAP technology opportunities
• You are responsible for SAP cloud implementations and migrations in public cloud (probably Azure and/or AWS).
• You support the cloud architecture and infrastructure design for the public cloud (probably Azure and/or AWS).
• You work with customers and partners to optimize cloud and on-premise SAP solutions based on the latest technologies and market trends.
• Technical re-engineering of SAP on-premise and cloud infrastructure platforms.
• You plan and run OS/DB migrations and SAP implementations in the public cloud.
• You analyze and optimize SAP performance.

Knowledge and skills

• You have several years of experience in providing technical SAP solutions and services, as well as SAP on a cloud platform
• You have knowledge with SAP Basis/NetWeaver, SAP Hana, S/4Hana and SAP OS/DB migrations
• Collecting complex facts quickly, structuring and communicating different contacts is not a problem for you.
• Your strong communication and presentation capability as well as a safe occurrence are yours.
• Understanding cloud storage and network principles relevant to the design of SAP on Cloud.
• You have experience in designing the SAP/Cloud architecture and infrastructure for the public cloud
• Deep experience with high availability and disaster recovery.
• Required technical certifications both for SAP and for a cloud platform (Azure and/or AWS preferred).
• SAP OS/DB migration certification is a plus.
• Ability to independently conduct meetings with end users, engineers, executives and managers to present solutions and skills.
