• As a construction device operator (m/w/d), you can handle the professional operation of state-of-the-art construction equipment such as chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumper – partly with GPS control.
• They operate in the supra-regional/assembly operation on demanding demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites.
• As part of your development to the foreman (m/w/d), you already support the organization and coordination of workflows and learn how to manage construction site teams.
• Perspectively, after successful qualification, you take over the independent leadership of a construction site team and the full pre-worker activities. ### Your profile
• They ideally have completed training as a construction equipment manager (m/w/d) or bring relevant, multi-year professional experience.
