About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In a special position of trust, you support the area management in the control of around 120 people in the HKLS area of our building management. To do this, you will introduce your specialist in the conceptual processing of central questions with strategic skill, proactively and take over the following activities: Develop and update guidelines on cross- portfolio topics, design of the HKLS operating concept and framework and maintenance contracts Define supply requirements for buildings and building on them, developing DRV standards as a basis for our construction and energy management Support in the implementation of a CAFM system and the BIM logic in the new building and inventory Consulting and support in the development of technical solutions for challenging plant systems and issues Support for personnel and professional management of the area
