Investigation, analysis and continuous development of personal key figures, reports and statistics Identification of relevant fields of action based on analyses and proactive development of appropriate measures Participation in the international rollout of key figures, reports and HR standards in close cooperation with our locations Own-sponsored takeover of selected tasks in the context of the monthly pay billing and representation of personnel accounting in defined topics Coordination of consultancy appointments and management of occupational retirement provision in close cooperation with external service providers Organisation and administrative support of exits, pension entrances and associated personal economic processes Working on projects for digitalization and globalization as well as continuous development of HR processes, statistics and forms, e.g. via dashboards or AI applications Support of the HR department for special topics and projects

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the field of economics or a comparable qualification – your professional experience in human resources is more important for us Professional experience in pay billing and/or personnel controlling is advantageous Secure handling of current MS Office applications and interest in modern digital HR applications Ideally experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors Very good German and good English skills Careful, trusting and team-oriented working You don't bring all the desired knowledge?
