Full-time socio-pedagogical specialist (38.5 hours) for our Hennef location (m/f/d)

We have these tasks ready: • You advise interested parties and work together to develop further career planning. • The social pedagogical support of the participants is part of your daily work; a large part of this will be the career orientation to support career choice. • Crisis interventions among participants. • Acquiring suitable internships and cooperating with companies. • Opinions and reports are prepared independently. • You work closely with our psychologists and the cost-beneficiaries.

These qualifications are based on: • You have completed studies in the social and educational field as well as professional experience in adult education. • In addition to the participant-oriented educational work, you will bring interest in organization and documentation. • Your strengths include patience and team skills, communication strength and humor – for fresh momentum in each group. • You are interested in a participant-oriented consultancy and have practical experience in the placement. • You have knowledge of or bring interest in mental/physical illnesses. • You know the regional labour market, have a driver's license and are capable of teaming • Good PC skills complete your profile.

This completes our offer: • Work-Life Balance: Full time means 38.5 hours a week. We provide 30 days holiday/year for the rest.
