Our IT service center is dedicated to promoting AI, data and cyber security ovations throughout the entire Mercedes-Benz organization. Our department plays a central role in the use of state-of-the-art data and AI solutions along the entire Mercedes-Benz value chain. We directly accelerate the development of the most desirable cars in the world by strategically building and controlling the basic data and AI capabilities that strengthen our business. We are looking for a visionaryn system architectin that designs, develops and monitors the implementation of our comprehensive AI ecosystem. In this crucial role, you close the gap between business requirements and technical possibilities by helping you shape the strategic orientation and successful implementation of AI solutions from concept to provision.

Main tasks: AI strategy & architecture: design and implementation of AI strategies and robust architectures, including data pipelines, model delivery and integration into the existing IT landscape Technology selection: evaluation and selection of optimal AI tools, platforms and technologies based on scalability, cost and compatibility Ecosystem integration: building coherent AI systems for enterprise-wide integration Ethical AI & Compliance: Ensuring that AI implementation meets ethical guidelines, regulatory standards and data protection Cooperation with stakeholders: partnership with data scientists, engineers and executives to define the AI architecture and lead technology decisions Performance optimization: Continuous monitoring and optimization of the performance of AI systems, algorithms and models in terms of accuracy and efficiency Technical leadership: provision, guidance and mentoring for AI development teams

An above-average degree (Master, MBA or Promotion) in computer science, computer engineering, artificial intelligence or a similar field (depth in advanced AI, machine learning and deep learning algorithms and techniques is preferred) Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course) At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) Strong affinity for digital technologies in the field of AI capabilities and cloud services as well as enthusiasm for future trends We appreciate applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility Excellent English skills (C1), German knowledge (B2) are advantageous Motivation to help shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, coupled with exceptional analytical skills Embossed team skills that others are motivating to achieve their goals We look forward to your online application.
