• Fresh preparation of food and its appealing presentation
• Friendly communication with guests and customers
• Responsibility for weekly food planning
• Commodity controls and reorders
• Compliance with hygiene, safety regulations and internal standards

Your profile

• Completed training to / to cook / cook

• Advanced training for / to the kitchen master / kitchen master or hotel business economist

• Including professional and leadership experience in gastronomy / hotel industry

• Excellent ways of dealing and social competence

• Quality awareness, organizational talent and team spirit

• Funded PC knowledge
