Your work area: As part of the joint project ''Zukunftscampus im VFH-Verbund'' funded by the Innovation Foundation in the University Teaching, you will develop an AI-based system for the design and operation of micro-degree programs for variable qualification targets based on modules of online courses in the VFH association. Survey of the needs of different target groups for advice by AI systems on the topic of competence building and development Research and data collection for the training and adaptation of LLMs to the recognition of competences and competence clusters in module descriptions Development of an LLM-based curriculum management system (LCMS) for micro-degrees in variable performance points and for variable qualification targets continuous evaluation of the LCMS and testing in practice Development of interfaces in campus management systems of the project colleges for cooperative micro-degrees, including tendering and awarding services Cooperation with the project partners in the subprojects, especially “Development of an intelligent study assistance and monitoring system” general project management activities
