As a process expert (m/w/d) in international accounting, you are responsible for the standardization and continuous optimization of the accounting process in the business branch e-commerce.

Set & Governance: You define and enforce the 'Golden Standard', answer the detailed documentation and ensure compliance with all compliance policies. Analyzing Performance & Fixing Causes: You monitor process performance E2E; by means of fact-based analysis, you identify deviations, inefficiencies and guide targeted improvement measures. Developing processes structured: You collect requirements, prioritise optimizations and ensure the sustainable implementation of all process changes together with IT and relevant specialist areas (e.g. taxes, logistics, customer service). Knowledge: You are the central contact person for all technical questions and strengthens the process competence in operational accounting by creating training documents and performing trainings.

Fachexpertise & Ausbildung: Completed studies (BWL, Business Informatics, etc.) with a deep understanding of the analysis and design of commercial processes (ideally in the accounting). Process-Mindset & System Knowledge: You think in E2E processes and bring very good knowledge to SAP SD and FI. Working & Strategy: You work independently, structured and analytically. Digitalization and automation trends are driving you. Communication: You are convinced by communication strength, compromise ability, and you have knowledge of German and good English that are safe to negotiate. .
