novotegra GmbH is a manufacturer and inventor of the assembly system for photovoltaic systems of the same name and distributes its products to installers throughout Europe.

The assembly systems belonging to the portfolio are compatible with all common roof types and are characterised by high flexibility, reliability and high quality. Installers who build PV systems are supported with personal advice and a comprehensive training offer. novotegra GmbH is 100% a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. AG and has been acting as an independent company since 2021. All products are sold in Europe exclusively through the wholesale trade of BayWa r.e.

We are looking to strengthen our team as Pre-Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) Montagetechnik (w/m/d) – Foreign Service North Germany. You enter installers and specialist partners directly on site – on roofs, construction sites, workshops or in offices. You actively sell the novotegra assembly system and advise on our product portfolio for photovoltaic assembly technology. You present our products where You are used – and feel good on the roof as well as in the customer's exhibition. You plan your customer visits independently with the aim of developing your area strategically and building long-term customer relationships. You will complete four days per week with about ten customer visits to ensure high market penetration. In addition to the sales activity, you take the assignment of installers to roofs as part of the initial assembly and ensure smooth implementation. You carry out training for specialist partners and installers and present our product portfolio at trade fairs and specialist events. You work closely with the sales service, our product specialists and the marketing team to offer our customers the best possible service at any time.

Ideally, you have technical or crafted training and have experience in technical sales, pre-sales or in the field of assembly technology / photovoltaics. Commercial profiles with pleasure in technical product distribution are also welcome. You have a good understanding of engineering products and are ready to deal intensively with the processes and challenges of installation companies. Experience in the distribution of products for roof construction is desirable. Travel willingness is of course for you (four days off service per week). You think solution-oriented, work structured and like to take responsibility. In doing so, you are proactively approaching tasks and driving topics forward independently You communicate clearly and value-estimatingly, you can take with others and work on the team. An open, constructive cooperation is of course for you You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B licence is required.
