Service Technician Internal Service (m/f/d)

We are looking for

Full time (40 hours per week)

You support our customers: in the professional and demanding medical devices sector (as well as adjacent specialist areas) You do independent repairs, maintenance and calibrations of our eye diagnostic systems You are an integral part of the planning and implementation of technical customer training You are in close contact with the product management to contribute to the continuous improvement of our devices

You have a successfully completed training as a state-tested electrical technician or a completed Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/mechatronics or Comparable You have already collected relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a company with technical service You always keep a cool head even in restless times You are safe to use the current MS Office programs and have basic knowledge of network technology You are a well-organized team player with high service and customer orientation You have very good English skills in word and writing
