You are responsible for the complete processing of spare parts orders – from the order to the delivery coordination. The testing of the parts availability and the close coordination with the logistics and shopping areas ensure a reliable supply chain. Also in case of returns and complaints, you take over commercial processing and provide transparent solutions. In the international environment, you communicate daily with internal and external partners and thus create smooth processes in the spare parts service.

You have a successfully completed commercial training in combination with sound technical affinity and relevant experience in a technical environment. First professional experience in spare parts or in technical order processing is advantageous. Safe handling of ERP systems such as Navision supports you in daily work. With your strong service orientation, communicative strength and resilience, you take responsibility at the interface between technology, logistics and customer service – working independently, solution-oriented and communicating safely in English.
