Telephone acceptance and forwarding - You receive external and internal calls, forward them to the desired branch and provide information taking into account the data protection. Disruption management - You capture disruptions and messages about building operations, evaluate and prioritize them and ensure further processing in the order process. Requirement - You accept requirements by phone, email or ticket system and convert them into electronic work orders. Message & Status Control – You document open messages including processing times and check the current status of ongoing orders. Order forwarding – You are sending finished work orders to the relevant departments within FM and to further KIT facilities. Fire detection system support – you support the maintenance of fire detection systems by acknowledgment of messages and lead to and/or shutdown of fire detectors on the BIS system for events and construction measures.

Completed commercial training - such as office man/wife, industrial man (w/m/d) or comparable. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position. Communication strength – Friendly, binding expression and a good organizational talent. English knowledge – Good English knowledge for receiving and processing phone calls.
