Painter und Lackierer für die Wohnungsmodernisierung | Hamburg (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Design of painting, masonry, floor covering, facade and cleaning work
• Fixing insurance damage
• Modernization of apartments
• Implementation of individual repairs, insurance damages or modernization of homes in the inhabited and uninhabited state
• Self-working all relevant painter activities in our homes
• Painting, wallpapering, painting and walking
• Painting of doors and radiators
• Assessment and removal of mold
• Documentation of orders and ordering materials

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the Maler/in and Lackierer trade union or in a comparable trade union
• Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
• Flexibility, commitment and independent work
• Customer-friendly and competent appearance
• Class B driving licence
