Support of the manager as well as independent consulting of our customers in demanding accounting topics Analysis of financial, process, system and organizational structures to identify optimization potentials in financial and accounting Advising national and international companies in the modernisation and transformation of their finance function – e.g. by analysis, standardization and automation of processes Cooperation in the preparation of annual, quarterly and consolidated financial statements, and monitoring of audits and due diligence processes Support for projects to introduce new accounting standards (e.g. IFRS or HGB) and their implementation in ERP and reporting systems Analysis of financial processes together with our customers:inside, development of optimisation concepts and co-design of the operational process design Close cooperation in the team with professional support and mentoring
Complete study of economics, economics or comparable qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in financial or business consulting or in a comparable role in accounting Good knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. HGB and/or IFRS) as well as in the financial statements process First experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or consolidation tools (e.g. Lucanet) is a plus Ideally, first contact points with the digitization and automation of accounting processes and interest in data analysis Affinity for IT topics and safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint An analytical and strategic way of thinking as well as pronounced problem-solving competence Self-employed, reliable and team-oriented working in dealing with customers and colleagues Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English Customer's readiness to travel
