Transaction Services Account Manager Trade (TSAM) / Vice President (m/f/d)

You take over the end-to-end response for your TS-Trade customer portfolio in Wholesale Banking and are a key player and formal escalation point in operating incidents or deviations. You work closely with Trade Sales, the Centre of Expertise, the central TSAM team and our ING hubs. Your focus is on growth and earnings, and you are using existing customer relationships specifically to increase TS fees. In addition, you continuously monitor customer returns and take appropriate measures. Also in Deal teams, customer presentations and tenders (RfPs), you contribute to the further development and improvement of our trade business. With new trade transactions, you will be there from the start. You structure and implement the operating setup (e.g. Supply Chain Finance, Account Receivables, Guarantees and Accreditive), responsible for buyer and supplier onboardings and optimierst technical interfaces and formats for a smooth, as automated as possible daily routine. Operational excellence and process improvements drive you actively: In close cooperation with the ING hubs, you will ensure consistent, high-quality execution of all trade processes. Through regular customer reviews and visits as well as proactive communication, you control the ongoing business, identify potentials and ensure clear coordination with all internal stakeholders. In all this, compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular the KYC guidelines, is natural for you.

Economic studies in the field of BWL or VWL or a comparable qualification or Education Multiannual activities in the field of wholesale banking as well as experience in supporting complex customer relationships in international and multi-market environments, with a strong focus on value creation in the trade solutions and transaction services sector Designed commercial drive, paired with sound risk awareness, credit assessment, analytical skills and knowledge in Wholesale Banking Deep understanding of operational workflows, scalable transaction banking systems and best practices in account management Excellent interpersonal and communicative skill, with the ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels and ensure a strong stakeholder alignment Own-initiative, organized and experienced in prioritizing tasks, taking responsibility and working effectively in a time-oriented environment Proactive team player with positive attitude, ready to learn, ready to know and engaged to contribute to a cohesive and customer-oriented team culture Innovation joy and a sense of sustainable solutions Flowing German and English
