For our Residential in Linden we are looking for at the next time:

 Heilerziehungspfleger / educator / nursing staff (w/m/d)

in part time for 30 hours weekly ** The residential complex Linden offers a total of 12 people with cognitive impairment a home. As a pedagogical employee, you are employed in the various areas of everyday and life management as part of the schedule. We are currently looking for support for our team, which, as part of the team, will help the homes everyday.

You bring:

· A completed at least three years of vocational training in the field of education, e.g. educators or nurses

· Joy in creative processes and the willingness to engage in professional relationships

· Personal security and sense of responsibility in dealing with challenging behaviour

· Self-employment, initiative and reliability

· Willingness to reflect on common and own work

· Team skills

· Good PC knowledge

· Class B driving licence (3)

Your tasks include:

· Support and support of residents in their housing and social space

· Supply of residents in the nursing and household sector

· Support and support of personal developments

· Support for the implementation of agreed assistance for participation planning

· Acquisition of tasks in the context of reference support
