For our customers Ariane Group GmbH in Bremen, we are looking for a technical specialist (w/m/d) for dry cleaning and surface treatment as part of the employee transfer.

Your tasks:

• Conducting the chemical cleaning and pickling of space components according to manufacturing order and defined manufacturing procedures
• Coating of small parts within the surface treatment
• Control and monitoring of drying processes to ensure process quality
• Execution of purity tests using physical and optical analysis methods
• Creation and documentation of purity certificates according to specified specifications
• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of cleaning and process systems
• Work under clean room conditions in compliance with all quality and safety requirements
• Safe handling of crane systems and industrial trucks in the production environment

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a chemical assistant (m/w/d), chemical laboratory (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Ideally multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) in aerospace or a comparable industrial environment
• Practical experience in dressing, cleaning and surface treatment of components
• knowledge of the testing and verification of the purity of components and media
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP
• Good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
• Crane license and industrial truck
• High sense of responsibility and careful and structured functioning
• Teamability and good communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Ability to quickly integrate into existing teams and processes
