What awaits you: Working with colleagues and vendors to ensure ongoing stability of the IT infrastructure at Bonn location Provide support of site-specific application support and coordinate with application vendor or owner for escalation issue and resolution Provide level 2 support for end user on site specific topics Provide high-quality support for VIP users Manage and co-ordinate support for Data Center in Bonn Support the team and manage small projects as needed Ensure adherence to IT security standards Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and application support
