You are the organizational backbone of our site and take over all important tasks from the office equipment to the reception and the control of external service providers. Your experience in the areas of office management, building management, and work security is active and keeps our backs free. As an extended arm of the location management, you take responsibility independently and actively shape internal processes and processes. The coordination of suppliers, invitations to tender (in particular for trades) will take you and bring your hand-on mentality when it comes to it. You care for structure, security and reliability and never lose sight of details.

Complete training, desirable in the area of hotel ownership, in office management or similar environment Multiannual professional experience in office management as well as knowledge of building management, occupational safety/brand protection and supplier control are advantageous A high level of commitment, accuracy and self-sufficiency and at the same time meets collegial and team-oriented You are present on the ground, when it counts
