Team management of a team of 40 employees and trainees Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Planning and control of workshop processes Ensuring service quality, utilisation and efficiency in customer service in compliance with the planned cost, earnings and budget targets Customer support and associated regular customer visits, design of customized special solutions and service agreement Continuous development and optimization of processes in the area of responsibility

Insufficient professional experience as a motor vehicle or mechatronic Completed design as a motor vehicle or Nfz master or in the motor vehicle engineering craft Knowledge of commercial vehicles desirable Driving licence class B, class CE desirable Pragmatic approach with corresponding hands on mentality Teamable, reliable, punctual and resilient Customer and service oriented
