As an experienced actuary, you take a leading role in the team and work together with the team to develop the content of the tariff landscape of the AXA portfolio.

It's waiting for you

As an actuary in the agile actuariat, you form the tariff landscape of the Axa with your team. Based on the latest statistical modeling methods, you will guide concrete recommendations for tariffs and action for management that are applied directly in the sale. With enthusiasm for state-of-the-art technologies, you work on open source tools and adapt them to your own ideas. In an interdisciplinary exchange, you continuously develop the modeling and data infrastructure of AXA health insurance or accident insurance. As part of your activities, you are actively taking responsibility and decision-making. You will discuss your results together with different interfaces such as product management, controlling and risk management. You also have the opportunity to actively shape the cultural development of AXA towards an agile company.

That's what you bring

Education: You have a very well completed master's degree or a doctorate of mathematics, statistics, economic mathematics, etc. In addition, you bring an education to the Aktuar DAV. Professional experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an actuary in property insurance or accident insurance. Data and digital competence: You are not only mathematically fit, but you also have an affinity for programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, Git) and preparation of complex data as well as statistical modeling. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You convince by analytical skills and tackle complex issues in a structured manner. From analyses, you will guide concrete action recommendations and economic added value Communication competence: You bring communicative skills, in particular you can clearly and address complex issues. Self-organization: You are accustomed to a self-employed and initiative of labor. Language skills: You bring knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
