The monthly payroll is your responsibility – including special payments, allowances and absences that you are working on precisely and reliably You use your high IT affinity productively in the context of pay billing and time management – especially in the SAP-HCM context Customizing tasks in the SAP HCM can be carried out safely and support the further development of our systems You work closely with HR‐IT interfaces and secure a stable operation and clean data flows You use SAP S/4HANA to actively shape future system landscapes (or are ready to work on you quickly) Complex evaluations and data analytics You can use Excel and MS Office Holiday money, Christmas money and other components of the fee you calculate with a high quality standard. Pains, asset-effective performances and comparable processes You process responsibly and in time You work safely with the ELStAM process and ensure correct data processing The reporting and certification is in good hands with you – reliable, conscientious and always up-to-date

A completed commercial training is the basis of your qualification – ideally complemented by further training in the field of personnel, pay or IT with HR focus Finding knowledge of German pay tax, social security and labour law High IT affinity distinguishes you: You can safely move into HR systems and understand the technical connections between payroll, time management and system configuration Experience in customizing SAP HCM (e.g. table care, schemes / rules, time evaluation, billing parameters) is a clear advantage and supports you in daily work Knowledge in the environment of SAP S/4HANA or the willingness to learn to work into new system landscapes A safe handling of MS Office – especially Excel for evaluations, data analysis and quality checks – is a standard for you Experience in dealing with collective agreements, preferably from the energy industry, completes your profile (or you bring the willingness to acquire this knowledge) Reliability, discretion and a structured way of working shape your working style – especially in handling sensitive personal data Communication strength and team spirit enable you to work with specialist areas High self-motivation and openness for changes help you continuously improve processes and actively shape technical developments
