Your tasks

As a nursing professional at Livora, you take responsibility for professional, room-oriented care and actively participate in securing and developing our care quality.

This includes in particular:

• Conducting a professional, activating and individual care
• Implementation and control of the care process
• Promoting the independence and resources of residents
• Participation in recordings, care visions and interdisciplinary measures
• Professional, timely care documentation
• Implementation of legal requirements, expert standards and internal guidelines
• Participation in quality management and external audits (e.g. MD)
• Implementation of medically prescribed treatment care incl. Drug management
• Professional communication with residents, relatives and interdisciplinary team
