Responsibility for local IT security and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements Consulting and training of employees and executives on IT security issues Monitoring of IT systems for identifying safety risks and introducing appropriate measures Development and implementation of safety directives and procedures Analysis and processing of safety incidents and deriving preventive measures Coordination of IT audits and contact persons for internal and external auditors Business Partners for specialist areas for the acceptance and implementation of IT requirements Implementation of requirements analysis and production of technical concepts Participation in IT strategies, roadmaps and portfolio planning Design and optimization of business processes Design and implementation of workflow solutions (e.g. SharePoint, Power Platform) incl. User support Coordination and control of IT projects

Completion of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience (approx. 3+ years), ideal in the industrial environment Experience in requirement analysis, process management (BPMN) and stakeholder management Knowledge of IT architecture, IT service management (ITIL) and IT project management Experience with SharePoint, workflow technologies and common tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) Active Directory / Group Policies and ideally in scripting (e.g. PowerShell) Very good knowledge of German and English Embossed communication and team skills as well as analytical and structured working methods High self-initiative, self-organisation and openness for new technologies
