Assistant Secretary & Administration (m/f/d)

You assist in day-to-day operations and take on their own responsibility organisational and administrative secretariat tasks (termination/coordination, visibility/coordination of the incoming mail, preparation and follow-up of meetings, acceptance of telephone calls etc.) You support the department in administrative activities (e.g. data storage and document management, accounting, procurement processes)

You have a professional qualification in the commercial sector, ideally with additional qualifications Knowledge of modern secretarial work, ideally in healthcare or in public administration You control Microsoft Office products and PDF processing Self-employed, structured working methods and a very good expressiveness Embossed service orientation and team skills
