Guarantee & cunency processing: independent processing and complete settlement of warranty and cunning cases in the operating daily business Invoicing & credit creation: Creation of invoices and credits taking into account commercial requirements Interface work & coordination: Close cooperation with workshop, workshop management and manufacturers for the clarification and coordination of ongoing processes Customer Care & Communication: Telephone and written correspondence with customers Order management & data management: collection and maintenance of workshop and service orders in the corresponding systems Commercial administration: Takeover of general commercial and administrative activities Support in day-to-day business: participation in internal projects and support of existing processes

Training & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training e.g. as Automobilhandeler (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) or Kaufmann im Groß- und Ausländermanagement (m/w/d) Professional experience & expertise: First professional experience in workshop processing, warranty or manufacture of advantage. IT- & language skills: Secure handling of MS Office and reliable German skills Personal Competence: Self-Employed, Structured and Careful Working, Organisational Strength, Reliability and Team Skill with a Friendly and Professional Experience in Handling Customers
