Head of Sales and Marketing

This is how your task spectrum looks: You lead our sales and product marketing teams (about 10 employees) to a unit and establish a culture with a clear focus on growth, digitization and customer orientation You develop our sales processes and develop new growth areas – from Commodity to innovative energy solutions You successfully bring energy topics (photovoltaics, heat pumps, storage, HEMS) into the market You think marketing methods consistently and use them as creative levers for demand, differentiation and brand strength You develop effective sales and marketing strategies that inspire and sustainably bind customers You shape a seamless customer journey across all channels and develop digital and hybrid sales approaches You clearly control your area through KPIs, create transparency and derive concrete measures for growth and efficiency You work closely with other areas and actively promote the transformation of our group of companies

You have a degree, e.g. business management, energy management, marketing or a comparable field. You bring multi-year leadership experience in sales – ideally in the energy industry or a comparable environment You have demonstrable successes in building and implementing effective sales strategies You combine sales strength with a sense of marketing and know how brand and demand interact You bring a good understanding of new energy solutions and digitalization You think entrepreneurial, decide clearly and communicate convincingly – internally and externally You have the pleasure of advancing changes, developing structures and attracting people for new ways
