Leadership & Development: You guide, motivate and develop a team of 6 customer support staff in the indoor and outdoor services. Customer Relationship: You take the holistic care of our business customers (B2B) and ensure high customer satisfaction. Customer Success: You actively implement our customer-success strategy and develop existing customer relationships sustainably. Price negotiations: You conduct price negotiations with existing customers with the aim of securing profitability and expanding business relationships. Annual talks: You plan, organize and conduct annual talks with our business customers and thereby strengthen long-term partnerships. Further development: You identify growth and optimization potentials within existing business relationships. Coordination: You work closely with internal departments such as sales, production and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient customer support. Cross-site activity: You enter our offices in Flechtingen and Schönebeck and are regularly present on site.

Education: You have a completed commercial training or a degree in business, business, marketing or a comparable qualification. Experience: You have several years of professional experience in customer care or in the field of external services, ideally in the B2B environment. Management competence: You already have experience in the leadership of a team, for example as Head (m/w/d) Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Success Manager, etc., and convince by clear communication as well as your ability to motivate people.
