Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for employees and executives in all personnel and labour law issues. You assume responsibility for the contract - from the creation of employment contracts, revocation contracts to the processing of terminations. You collect and maintain all billing-relevant data for the preparation of the billing and ensure proper documentation in the personal management system. You advise our employees and management staff professionally on personal-related topics and operational benefits (e.g. business bike). You create certificates and manage proof documents for internal and external bodies.

You have completed commercial training and have professional experience in the human resources sector. Your secure knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) allows you to work efficiently and structuredly, even in challenging situations. You perform tasks independently and independently and are characterized by empathy, team spirit and a pronounced understanding of services. In this respect, you are appreciative of various concerns of employees and managers and contribute to the positive working atmosphere with your professionalism.
