We are looking for a dedicated and reliable specialist (m/w/d) customer service. Our customer attaches great importance to customer service and quality. If you enjoy dealing with customers and enjoy working in a dynamic team, we look forward to your application.

• Adoption, control and assessment of complainted products
• clarification of orders with customers
• Recording and processing of the complaint process in SAP
• Preparation of products for the repair team as well as carrying out small repairs
• Creation of invoices, credits, cost proposals and shipping documents
• Shipment of complainted and repaired products
• Close cooperation with the warehouse-internal departments and the Customer Service Inhouse
• Processing of spare parts with customers

That's what you bring

• completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Ideal experience in complaint processing
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• High interest in the product range
• Self-employed, careful working and team skills
