The municipal service centre for personnel and care (KDZ) based in Wiesbaden is an administrative community of the municipal civil servants-Versorgungskasse Nassau (KdöR, BVK) and the supplementary pension fund for the municipalities and municipal associations in Wiesbaden (ZVK). The BVK is a transfer fund whose main task is the calculation and payment of pensions under the Hessian Civil Service Act and the Landesamtsversorgungsgesetz Rheinland-Pfalz as well as the financial compensation of the pension expenses among the cash register members (municipal and municipal institutions). Its other tasks include the setting of aid and the remuneration and remuneration billing. Maintenance of the personnel master files of our customers relevant to the charge on the basis of statutory, collective or operational provisions Customer advice via the telephone service hotline Correspondence with health insurance, insurance, offices and authorities and processing of other billing-relevant questions Implementation of payment transactions in the area of payroll accounting for our customers Implementation of personnel cost calculations for our customers Creation of evaluations and statistics for our members

You have a completed training as an administrative specialist, an employee or equivalent commercial training. You have several years of professional experience in pay billing, ideally with an employer of the public service. You have a well-founded knowledge of tax and social security law as well as the right to collective agreements of the public service. We require the safe handling of MS Office applications as well as a structured, independent and careful operation. You have a very good technical understanding and good expressiveness in word and writing. Your strengths include team skills, resilience, flexibility and readiness to use as well as strong service and service orientation.
