Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team Seefracht Export Ensuring high customer and employee satisfaction within the responsibility area Budget planning and commercial responsibility in close coordination with sea freight management Planning and control of customer service processes and development of the business unit Seefracht along strategic goals Participation in product and route specific specialist meetings Direct customer support of a selected customer portfolio Quality review of customer advice, service, support (monitoring of customer feedback based on SLAs and KPIs). Completed commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics or completion in the field of business management Multiannual experience in maritime freight and experience in customs and hazardous goods would be desirable Founded leadership experience Flowing knowledge in the German language as well as very good knowledge in the English language in word and writing Very good knowledge of MS Office Loadability, pronounced communication skills, conflict management, team- and customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as good self-organisation
