Senior Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

You develop and expand the Bank's corporate customer portfolio through the identification and acquisition of high-quality companies in Germany and international markets. You conduct market and industry analyses, identify target customers, new business opportunities and growth potential, and build a sustainable pipeline of potential new customers (New-to-Bank, NTB). You build and maintain long-term business relationships with management and relevant decision-makers. In doing so, you analyze business models, strategic priorities and financing needs of customers and develop corresponding customer and support strategies. You identify and develop business opportunities in the areas of corporate banking, credit business, trade finance, cash management and financial markets and develop tailor-made solutions together with the relevant internal departments. You control and coordinate the entire business process – from customer acquisition and demand analysis to credit audit and approval to contract implementation and implementation – in compliance with the internal policies of the bank and the applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You work closely with Credit, Financial Markets, Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure efficient, correct and regular implementation of transactions and customer-related activities. You continuously monitor the development of customers, industries and credit exposures, identify opportunities and potential risks and contribute to a sustainable growth of the customer portfolio in line with the Bank's business strategy and risk appetite.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate banking, relationship management and/or credit business, preferably at a business or international bank in Germany. Detectable experience in the acquisition of corporate customers, business development and customer support; an existing network of corporate customers in Germany is advantageous. Funded knowledge in corporate banking, in particular in terms of banking products, credit business and credit processes, as well as the German corporate and financial market. Impressed skills in business development, communication, negotiation and analysis as well as a pronounced customer and business orientation. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Chinese language skills are beneficial. High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and resilience as well as the ability to work independently and effectively in an international and multicultural environment. Impressed risk awareness and the ability to reconcile business objectives with the Bank’s risk management framework and the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
