Your future tasks As a Workday Reporting specialist, you are the interface between data and decisions. You not only develop reports, but you create the basis for a data-driven HR strategy. With your expertise in complex reporting frameworks and analytics, you shape the transparency and efficiency of our customer projects and actively develop our reporting practices. Turn it off: You translate complex business requirements into precise functional and technical reporting specifications. You will advise our customers and internal functional leads on standardizations and best practices in the Workday environment. Generate insights: You design, create and optimise challenging reporting solutions – from advanced, matrix and composite reports to BIRT to trending reports. Promote visualization: You build dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets that enable both operational excellence and strategic vision. You ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance. Ensure quality: You accompany and control the test phases (SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll) up to the final sign-off and ensure smooth implementation of the reporting solutions.

That's what you bring You have at least 3 to 8 years of practical experience in Workday Reporting. You are a professional in dealing with the Advanced Report Writer (ARW), matrix and composite reports as well as in creating complex Calculated Fields. Experiences with dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets are your standard repertoire; Knowledge of BIRT is a welcome plus. You have a deep understanding of the Workday data model in Core HCM. Knowledge of other modules such as compensation, talent, time or payroll are of advantage. You own current Workday certifications in Reporting and HCM. Analytical thinking, a pronounced problem-solving competence and a strong stakeholder management characterize you. German knowledge of C1 level and very good English knowledge of word and writing are of course for you.
