Today you already take responsibility in building the site. We will develop you to the nursing service for Lübben. We do not leave you alone with the new responsibility: you will receive a structured incorporation, support from our existing management team and, if necessary, the possibility of appropriate training. Your role – Care, Construction and Leadership Your working time of 30 hours per week is divided into: 20 hours of direct care and tours Supply of our clients: in the outpatient area Ensuring professional and individual care Support of complex supply situations Personal contact with clients: 10 hours of site construction and management Active participation and further development of the Lübben site Support in building and organizing new tours Participation in the acquisition and incorporation of new employees Service and Tour Planning Support Development of working processes and structures Ensuring and further developing our care quality Support for care management in organisational and human issues Cooperation with doctor, relatives and external partners Preparation for the Perspective Takeover of Care Service Management

You can do this with completed training as a nurse, e.g. nurse/care specialist, nursing caregiver or health caregiver Experience in outpatient care Interest in organisation, leadership and location development Ideally first leadership experience Continuing training for care services of advantage – or the willingness to complete them Organisational strength and independent working Responsibility and decision-making Empathic and team-oriented leadership style Joy in building new structures driving licence class B
