Graduate engineer for training as a supervisor (m/f/d)

You advise and monitor our member companies in the federal states of Lower Saxony and Bremen on all issues of occupational safety and health protection and actively contribute to the prevention of occupational accidents and occupational health risks. You carry out business visits, identify hazards and help companies implement suitable protective measures in a sustainable manner. You investigate occupational accidents and suspects of occupational diseases, analyze causes and develop practical prevention measures. You design and carry out targeted training and qualification measures and thus promote a safe and healthy working environment.

You have completed your studies: Dipl. -Ingenieur/-in (Bachelor/Diplom FH) technical or scientific discipline, preferably mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or electrical engineering, as well as at least two years of relevant professional experience. You convince by a safe and integral appearance, act loyally and have a pronounced contact and communication capability in dealing with different target groups. You work independently as well as team-oriented, organize your tasks structured and bring with them a distinct capacity for work planning and self-organization. You possess conceptual and analytical skills and are able to acquire complex facts independently, to identify them in a structured manner and to present them orally and in writing. You ideally bring industry knowledge of the companies insured with us, have a valid driving licence of Class B with appropriate driving practice and are ready to work flexibly into changing tasks and to carry out regular, even multi-day, business trips, training and committee work.
