With their team, you will prepare complex topics and projects for municipal bodies for the information of local representatives. You are also the face for community development outside working hours and also take part in committee meetings in the evening. Commitment, fingertips for communication partners and experiences in dealing with media are of advantage. The leading processing of construction measures in accordance with VOB and procurement regulations, as well as the negotiation and cooperation with planning offices and authorities, are working fields in which professional and organisational are involved. You pursue the further development of the statutes and taxes the processing of administrative and objection procedures for the associated employees. Take care of citizen-oriented and friendly-professional approach and behavior. You work quickly into the issues of investment/budget planning and product responsibility for the specialist sector. An extension or modification of the task area is reserved. Future tasks of the field of expertise (currently perception by the speaker for construction planning and climate protection) will be: municipal planning and development, the creation and implementation of urban contracts and development and implementation contracts; climate protection and heat planning, Measures to implement heat planning, energy saving, climate protection and nature conservation.
