Take the personal and professional leadership of 35 highly qualified employees. Respond to the conception of reporting within the framework of the ESCB, as well as the collection, processing, quality assurance and on-time provision of data on the money market, insurance, pension provision facilities, investment funds, payment transactions and real estate financing. Ensure the achievement of strategic goals by driving digitization, process optimization and a New Work-based leadership culture with agile methods. Make active contacts with reporting companies, associations, BaFin, Federal Ministries, the ECB and other European institutions. Representative the Bundesbank in international bodies and take over demanding basic and communication tasks.

Master or equivalent degree in a field relevant to the position (e.g. computer science, mathematics or economics) Good knowledge of reporting and business models of reporting banks, insurance companies, pension institutions, investment funds and payment institutions Practical experience in microdata processing and at least. 5 years of professional experience with data-driven IT projects Representative leadership competence (referred by first leadership experience or corresponding training/certificates) New Work-Mindset and at least 2 years of professional experience with agile methods High persuasion and negotiation skills Very good English and German communicative skills
