As a Business Analyst / Process Manager:in (BAPM) (Requirements Engineer / Requirements Manager:in), you are driving the implementation of the SIGNAL IDUNA's Digital Agenda as part of our vision. In cross-functional teams along the customer journey, you are professionally responsible for process and system requirements for our inventory and consulting systems as well as their resystems, from idea finding, conception and implementation to ongoing operation. Your responsibilities

• Analysis and modelling, documentation and optimization of existing processes and systems in the field of composites
• Modeling of accident insurance products in a modern product machine (factorZehn IPS)
• Consultation of relevant stakeholders for the technical implementation of their requirements
• Creation of concepts and documentation of technical requirements (e.g. as a user story) and coordination with IT
• Accompanying the implementation and its quality assurance / test
• cross-disciplinary professional responsibility of the supervised processes and systems (e.g. external regulatory issues, cross-border requirements)
• Support for (team) further development in terms of methodology and cooperation in an agile unit (e.g. on Chapter Day, where we have time for our ideas)

You

• ideally completed a study with analytical reference or has a comparable qualification/work experience
• ideally already have professional experience in IT requirements management, requirements engineering, process and/or project management, etc.
• have first experiences with agile methods, common tools such as Jira and Confluence and, if necessary, certification such as IREB/CPRE
• has a high affinity for digitization issues and you are interested in bringing new and complex ideas into implementation and further developing
• has analytical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, independent work and distinct co-ordinative skills
• will be happy to work in the team and will be in the initiative of your personal and team development
