You operate at eye level with management, commercial lines and the Executive Board. You question planning assumptions, evaluate investments and create resilient basis for decision-making as a savings partner to which one is familiar, and as a designer, the effect is achieved.

Participation management: You support and support joint ventures in the field of supply and disposal with a clear view for economic relations and strategic implications Planning analysis: You analyze, plausibility and question critical economic planning, forecasts and strategic planning approaches and derive concrete recommendations for action Deviation analyses: You conduct actual, plan actual and deviation analyses and translate the results into clear control pulses for management Decision preparation: You create sound decision-making templates for management, commercial management and the Executive Board, precise, comprehensible and decision-making Management communication: You participate in Jour fixes and voting with subsidiaries and represent your analyses and recommendations at management level Performance monitoring: You are responsible for the ongoing reporting of relevant economic indicators and thus ensure transparency about the economic development of the holdings at any time. Investment & corporate assessment: You carry out investment calculations, economic analysis and corporate assessments and thus provide the basis for strategic investment decisions Risk analysis: You evaluate economic risks of energy and infrastructure projects and actively contribute your assessments to corporate governance Cross-saving expertise: You ensure the continuity of the shareholding control in the area of disposal through your professional width and thus strengthen the resilience of the entire area System development: You actively promote the further development of existing control and control instruments in the SAP HANA environment

Qualification: You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business Engineering, or bring a comparable commercial qualification with Professional experience: You have multi-year relevant experience in controlling - ideally in equity controlling, holding controlling or in the environment of regulated companies Commercial understanding: You bring very good commercial knowledge as well as a strong understanding of economic relationships and corporate governance with Evaluation competence: You have experience in creating and evaluating economic bills, investment analyses and company reviews IT skills: You work safely with SAP (including SAP HANA) and very well with Excel and Power BI Working methods: You work structured, analytical and self-responsibility with high quality standards and your results Appearance & Communication: You stand up confidently, communicate clearly and convincingly and gain the confidence of your interlocutors at all levels
