Project-related chance and risk assessment at international construction sites and subsidiaries incl. Report refund to management and management level Analysis of contracts and costing Participation in project and regularity checks and due dilligence audits Development of suggestions for improvement in the context of the examination Further development of the existing revision process

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training in the field of engineering Multiannual professional experience in the development of larger construction projects, e.g. as a construction manager:in or project manager:in road construction (road, rail, earth or civil engineering) Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards (including contract law, VOB, HOAI and FIDIC) and the calculation of construction projects At least conversation-proof English skills as well as fluent German skills and the readiness for international business trips Safe and binding appearance, good communicative and argumentative skills and team spirit
