Mandatory internship at the Varel plant (m/f/d)

You support the management and documentation of our production reserves. You carry out tastings and sensory evaluations of raw materials and finished products. You take on the activities in our laboratory, such as fermentation tests, receipt checks, quality checks of finished products or environment monitoring. You support us in monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. You're reviewing, pleading and archiving QM documents. You will join us in the QM in further operations in the day-to-day business.

You are currently studying food technology, food chemistry or in a comparable field of expertise and are looking to gain practical experience. You have ideally gained first experience in the food industry, e.g. in training or secondary work. You have the pleasure and curiosity to get to know quality management processes in food production and to cooperate in the laboratory, for example. You work carefully, structured and independent. You work responsibly, conscientiously and have a good understanding of hygiene You're strong in communication and get into the team. You're sure to deal with MS Office or the Google Workplace.
