Application specialist to support our existing customers in the area of ''administration, billing and coding'' (m/f/d)

Within the module area “Administration, Billing and Encoding” we specifically build your expertise. You will be prepared to fully advise both your customers and effectively support your team with your expertise

You are the first contact person(s) in this module complex for a fixed circle of existing customers assigned to you

The increase in the level of use of your customers' ORBIS application is our main objective, which you can achieve by various services.

You present new features of future software releases and help customers reduce complexity, prioritise and make decisions as best as possible

In your regular meetings, you will not only help the customer overcome current challenges, but also actively introduce your own topics that help to develop customer application

To provide your customers and colleagues with all relevant information, you are in close contact with adjacent Dedalus teams

You perform different online trainings to the module complexes assigned to you

Ideally, you have a commercial training in the hospital, a medical/career training, a business/informatics study or a comparable training.

You have professional experience in the areas of patient administration, billing and/or coding.

At least 2 years of experience with ORBIS or comparable healthcare software solutions

Knowledge in several of the following areas:

Patient administration

Cost management, accounting preparation and performance accounting

encoding, medical controlling

Experience in the implementation of actual analyses and the creation of desired concepts

Experience in cooperation with users and IT departments is desirable

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Ability to analyze, structure and communicate complex facts

Joy in incorporating new topics in the hospital and IT environment

Customer-oriented thinking and fun on the common problem solution

Communication strength and team capacity

High readiness and analytical thinking
