Your tasks:

• Reception and support of visitors and customers on site - you are the flagship of our company
• Telephone headquarters: forwarding calls, first information
• Processing of input and output mail and administration of office materials
• Support in building management (e.g. coordination of craftsmen, access regulations)
• Use of MS teams for internal communication
• General administrative activities

Your qualifications:

• Experience in the reception area, hospitality or customer service of advantage - cross-comers welcome!
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially MS Teams
• SAP knowledge is a plus, but no need
• Reliability, organizational skills and team skills
