They shall ensure that all statutory, collective and operational regulations are complied with and act as contact persons: in external bodies, such as health insurance companies and authorities. • Responsibility for the fair and on-time implementation of the monthly wage and salary accounting of Hilti Deutschland AG in compliance with statutory, collective and operational regulations • Contact person: for external bodies (e.g. health insurance, authorities) • Supporting your own competence within the Payroll team • Expert:individual special topics, especially parental time/mother protection and time management • Contact person:in all tax and social insurance issues • Active participation in the development and implementation of efficient personnel processes • Takeover of team-wide tasks and process descriptions

Commercial training, ideally in the staff area or comparable training / study Ideally multi-year professional experience in Payroll Knowledge of tax and social security law desirable Funded IT knowledge in particular MS Office, SAP R3 Modules PY, TM and PA Very good organizational skills and communication strength Careful and accurate operation High resilience, great sense of responsibility Very good oral and written knowledge of German and English
