Support of the Managing Director in Operational Day Business and Strategic Issues Coordination of clinics in technical, economic and quality aspects Participation in the location strategy and planning and implementation of process optimizations and projects Support of construction projects and support in planning and target agreement processes Communication at the site and preparation of meetings and events Negotiating and managing contracts with external companies

Higher education or a comparable qualification (e.g. in health or hospital management, health economics) Multiannual experience in hospital management including additional outpatient structures such as e.g. a management junior program (training program) Very good knowledge in project and process management as well as in hospital-specific reporting according to KHBV Embossed Analytical Skills, Economic Understanding and First Experience in Hypothesis Driven Work and Creating Business Cases Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel) as well as basic knowledge of BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI Organizational, communicative and team-oriented personality with own initiative, a targeted working style and identification with the company principles Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
