Global Implementation & Big Picture: Responsibility for the introduction and development of Dynamics 365 Business Central at global locations. Partner-Orchestrierung: Implementationpartner lead, timelines/budgets control; Secure delivery quality – from Blueprint to Hypercare. Bridge between Business & IT: Record requirements from sales, accounting, purchasing, etc. and translate them into smart solutions together with the technical specialists. Change Management & Rollouts: You inspire international locations for the new ERP platform, create sustainable acceptance and accompany the global implementations – with Brazil as the next major project. Design training: make key users and teams fit for the new platform through workshops, training and clear communication.

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, digital business or comparable qualifications Dynamics Expert: Multiannual Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision – from implementation to administration – supplemented by a thorough understanding of ERP processes, system integration and data migration (ideally in the industrial environment) Technical overview: Ability to control adjustments and developments in Business Central and to support the work of specialists in a targeted manner Project Management Skills: Experience in managing complex ERP or IT projects, safe in agile and classic methods Front personality with global communication strength: sovereign appearance, persuasiveness and the ability to win teams across cultures. Open, empathic and adaptable, with safe German & English. International readiness: about 30–40 % depending on the project phase, e.g. the upcoming rollout in Brazil
