To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a consultant / business owner workforce management - network services (m/w/d)*, limited to 31.12.2027 at the next time for our location Rendsburg, Quickborn, Schuby.

Responsibility for the workforce management system You enter and develop the workforce management system (currently ASS network) for the network services of SH-Netz and HanseGas. Together with the key users, you can secure the running operation – including support, trainings, tests, and request and change management. Business Owner for central business processes As a business owner, you take the technical responsibility for important digital processes in the network services. In close coordination with subsidiaries, you strategically shape the digital orientation of these processes. Design and digitization of processes You continuously optimize existing processes and actively promote their digitalization and automation – with the aim of efficiently shaping the energy transition. With passion and joy you work on the documentation, optimization, implementation and implementation of these processes. Agile's work in the IT environment In agile project teams, you work closely with product owners and developers and take responsibility in IT requirements management – from conception to implementation. Analysis, innovation and further development You recognize optimization potentials as well as technical, energy and legal challenges at an early stage and integrate them into the process landscape.

Qualification & training You have a technical training (e.g. electronics technician for industrial engineering, etc.) as well as a degree as a master / technician or a completed university or technical college degree (economic informatics, engineering). Professional experience & expertise You have professional experience in process development, implementation or change/project management – ideally with knowledge in the processes of network operation or network construction. Analytical & methodological skills You work structured, independent and reliable, have a quick understanding and will find new creative ways to improve the process. Willingness to change & Innovation You are going to change with curiosity and openness and see opportunities for further development and innovation. Team & customer orientation You like to work in the team, communicate openly with different disciplines and always treat customer- and service-oriented. Mobility You will have a firm office location in Quickborn, Rendsburg or in one of our network centers. A driving licence is desirable for on-site meetings with colleagues.
