Number: MER00042TD What is it? You are working on an innovative software product, where we can test how we can automate a complex core process in the after-sales, with a continuous agentic orchestration in the center. We focus on the interaction of several AI agencies, clearly defined deterministic logic and orchestration workflows to automate decisions highly scalable, comprehensible and controlled. In a practical proof-of-concept in the enterprise environment, you will participate in the integration of agent workflows and technical interfaces and gather valuable experience in a real project context. Please note that we are expected to give all applicants a first feedback in mid-June. What you will do Working on an AI-based proof-of-concept in the after-sales Support in the implementation and testing of PoC components such as data products, machine learning models, agent workflows or UI elements Combination of technical cooperation and support in the project and PMO context (planning, coordination, documentation) structuring tasks, tracking progress, and preparing status updates and workshops Close cooperation with international software, data, AI and business teams Introducing their own ideas What you will learn How agent-based systems are designed, orchestrated and integrated into real enterprise processes How AI agents, deterministic business logic and workflow orchestration interact in multi-stage decision processes How a technical proof-of-concept is built from architecture to implementation to validation and presentation How cooperation with international, multi-site teams works worldwide How project and delivery management (PMO) is implemented in an agile IT environment – including planning and structuring of aggregations, stakeholder and dependency management and status reporting How decision-relevant documentation and stakeholder updates are created – with the right balance between technical depth and management perspective The activity can begin from July 2026.

What you bring Continuous Study of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a comparable degree programme Outstanding interest in AI, software development and IT solutions; first experiences in the AI environment are advantageous Programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript) Structured working, curiosity and motivation to work on innovative topics Very good knowledge of English; German knowledge is advantageous Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
